SMART VISOFOLD 1000
The Visofold series slide-folding doors are a class apart. They have impressive opening apertures and can be used to unite both internal and exterior areas, creating unique living spaces and social areas.
Visofold is a domestic option that can be used as an alternative to sliding doors or as a way to open up a wall in a conservatory. The system will allow you to enjoy a stunning view or bring the outdoors into your home.
Visofold is a commercially-useable glazed screen that can be used in bars, cafes, or restaurants. It allows light to pass through the glass in all weather conditions and also opens up walls in warmer temperatures. There are many opening options for Visofold doors. You can choose to fold the sashes either internally or externally. Place the opening at the side so that the sashes are all folded in one direction at one end. This creates a single entry door, or in the middle for a double door.
Visofold profiles have a polyamide thermal barrier that improves thermal performance and increases the overall U-Value. Profiles are equipped with weather brushes and EPDM high-quality gaskets to improve weather resistance. Visofold conforms to the Building Regulations Document L 2010. Multi-point locking mechanisms are used on the main opening sashes. Shoot-bolt locking is used on floating mullions to ensure security.
Visofold doors can be equipped with either low thresholds to allow for easy access and unimpeded access or a rebated threshold that provides better weather resistance. You can choose from a variety of standard and non-standard colours for Visofold doors, including metallic, wood-structure and Smart’s Sensations range.

The system is customisable to suit each project’s needs with high-security glazing and robust locking mechanisms (including multipoint locks on main opening sashes and shoot-bolts at floating mullions).
The Visofold Profiles 6000 offer the perfect balance of strength and performance. They feature a polyamide thermal barrier that improves both the system’s thermal performance and resistance.
The doors are fully compliant with Building Regulations Document L 2010. They can be equipped with either recessed thresholds to allow for easy access and improved weather resistance.
This bifold door solution comprises a selection of internally or externally folding sashes, which when opened, sit flush to the frame. The sashes are hung from a floating mullion and slide across a recessed bottom roller and top guide, which facilitates ultra-slim profiles, smooth movement and excellent security.
